Supper club restaurant, NE corner of Center Street and Interchange North
Lake Geneva
Description
A 300-seat supper club and banquet venue tucked into a wooded five-acre parcel, with main access off Interchange North and emergency access to Center Street; recommended to the council 5-0.
Impact summary
Could bring 50-80 jobs and a new dining destination, but county and town approvals for the entrances remain, and neighbors' traffic, parking and lighting concerns will follow the project.
