K-9 Unit program costs and letter of understanding
Lake Geneva
Summary
The council locked in the employment terms for the police K-9 program, but not before a debate about how the costs have rolled out — $62,900 for the dogs, then equipment, then vehicle outfitting. The vehicles were already budgeted; only the dog cages were extra.
